Payment Of Goods

All orders must be accepted as paid via PayPal and/or your credit card company prior to us starting to process your orders.

Your Paypal receipt will show the merchant as Packed House Publications, LLC.

Taxes

Our operations are located in Texas and California; therefore, we are required to charge all customers with shipping addresses in Texas and California the current sales tax rate. This tax will be automatically added to your bill, and you are able to view the total tax prior to confirming your order.

Processing Timelines

The standard turnaround time is 2-7 business days for apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products such as posters and mugs. The shipping time is then added to the processing time.  97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and more than half are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Delivery Options

Orders are shipped USPS have tracking with average arrival times of 3-5 business days in the continental United States. We ship Canadian and International orders USPS standard first class. FedEx International shipping options are available as well.

Do we offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, via USPS and FedEx.  This is an option is available for U.S. and international shipping for an additional price. However, FedEx does not ship to US based PO Boxes, but may ship to some international PO Boxes.  We will not refund a FedEx shipping rate if an address of a U.S. based PO box is provided.

FedEx Processing Expedited

All FedEx orders are automatically bumped to the top of our processing queue to assure the best possible fulfillment timelines.

Custom fees

Shipments outside of the U.S. may incur customs fees depending on the destination country and is not included in the price of the product nor in the shipping cost.  The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits and other factors and will be an additional cost add to your purchase.

Shipping times do not include the time it takes to process the order. Check out our shipping page for the shipping cost details.  

Package Tracking

Our standard shipping method is USPS first-class mail, which has tracking available for orders within the United States. We will provide you the order tracking numbers at the time your package is shipped, but sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to show up in the USPS tracking system. For international orders, full tracking will only be available for orders sent through International Priority, which costs a bit more.

Shipping Notifications

We notify you of your shipment via email when it ships from our factory.

Deliveries

SnaggyTees.com is not responsible for 3rd party delivery delays or lost packages. SnaggyTees.com will provide a tracking number when available, but it is up to the buyer to track down or contact local postal service to track any lost or delayed packages. We cannot take responsibility for lost packages where the tracking number states that the product was received. A new order will need to be placed.

Products Lost in the Mail

However, if you order tracking shows that your product was lost in the mail, no worries, send us an email and we’ll reprint and send it again.  Just email us at Order@SnaggyTees.com

Wrong Recipient Address

If the recipient’s address is wrong, then you’re responsible.  We will usually receive the return in our office if so, we will contact you, clarify the address and ship to you.  However, in some cases the packages aren’t returned to us,  in those cases we will be happy to place a new order and ship to you, but you will be responsible for any additional cost.

Snaggy Tees provides high-quality products that are print on demand using the ‘Direct to Garment’ printing technology. Please use the following tips and your shirt will last a long time with the same bright looking design

Washing: Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry – (Hang dry is the preferred method)

Don’ts: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean

Wearing: Wear the garment as much as possible; this enhances your natural awesomeness

Recovery Of Litigation Expenses

Exchanges

We will not accept exchanges on non-defective products. We have worked to make sure you have a satisfying shopping experience and all of the relevant information about the product. Please be sure to review the sizing charts and product description prior to your purchase.

Snaggy Tees is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. Please double check the shipping address prior to completing your order. Unfortunately, if packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped, there is a $5 reshipment fee along with the cost of the shipment.

Some of our products might be shipped separately.  Each item that we ship may have different delivery times due to the products being packaged and shipped separately.

Example – Any posters that we ship are sent in super-durable tubes, but a canvas item can’t be shipped in a tube.

Shipping prices are cumulative and each product may require a different price to ship.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping on all US orders are via USPS Parcel Select with a tracking number when it ships.

Apparel:

T-Shirts: $5.50 for the first t-shirt; each additional shirt is $0.75

Sweatshirts: $8.00 for the first sweatshirt; each additional sweatshirt is $2.00

Example: To ship two t-shirts in one order it will cost $6.25

Posters:

Posters (all sizes up to 18″ x 24″): $7.95; No charge for additional posters.

Posters ( 24″ x 36″): $9.95; No charge for additional posters

Posters (44″ x 44″): $17.95; No charge for additional posters

Framed Posters:

Framed Posters (12″ x 16″): $10.95; additional items are $4.95 per item

Shipping Times: Our orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.  The time is usually 3-5 business days via USPS.  USPS express shipping rates are avaliable and are an additional cost and are calculated during checkout.  FedEx overnight, 2Day and Express are available.  The rates for FedEx are additional and are calculated in real time when your order is placed based in the cart content.

Canadian Shipping

All Canadian orders are shipped USPS First Class. Tracking is only available when the package is shipped in the United States. Snaggy Tees is not responsible for delays due to customs, which may be a few days to a few weeks.

International Shipping

We will ship USPS First Class to just about anywhere. Tracking is only available when the package is in the United States. Snaggy Tees is not responsible for lost packages or delays due to customs, which may be a few days to a few weeks due to the complexities of shipping to other countries.
